To submit your work, check the following information and make sure you use the correct templates.
There is no registration and/or publication fee.
Submissions until May 15th, 2025.
Article's template
FOR AUTHORS

Authors must follow the template provided, must not change the spacing or font, nor exceed 2 pages for the abstract.

The "optional" sections are indicated in the Template, the others are mandatory;

References must be in accordance with the APA standard;
-
The abstract of your communication must be written in English*, your presentation can be in Spanish, English or Portuguese.
Presentation's template
FOR PRESENTATIONS

All authors have 10 minutes to present;

It is recommended that authors use the available template (.PPT) in their presentations;

Authors will be authorized to share their presentations via Zoom.

É recomendado que os autores utilizem o modelo disponível (.PPT) em suas apresentações;

Minor changes may be made by the technical team of the organizing committee for text editing purposes;
CERTIFICATES AND PRIZES

Certificates for authors and committees will be made available within 90 days after the event.

The organizing committee intends to award two prizes: "best abstract" and "best oral presentation". In addition, an honourable mention may be awarded.
After the event, the organizing committee and the jury will decide whether or not to award the respective prizes. If they decide to award the prizes, the results will be published on the website and the winners will be contacted by a member of the organization.

Committee members are not eligible for the prizes.
